Refund Policy

The short version

Contributions are non-refundable. You are buying a leaderboard position, which is delivered the moment your payment succeeds. Nothing is ever paid out to anyone, so there is no balance to return.

What you agreed to at checkout

Before paying, the checkout page states that the contribution is non-refundable, that it buys no chance to win anything, and that no money is ever paid out. Completing payment confirms you read and accepted that.

When we will refund anyway

We would rather refund you than argue. We will normally issue a full refund, at our discretion, if you contact us within 14 days and any of the following applies:

You were charged more than once for the same contribution.
The contribution did not appear on the leaderboard.
Someone used your card without your permission.
You made an obvious mistake, such as a wrong amount or the wrong country, and you tell us promptly.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. A refunded contribution is removed from every leaderboard it counted toward, and any resulting change in rank is permanent.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, and we can almost always resolve the same issue the same day. Our statement descriptor is FLAGWARS, which is what will appear on your card statement.
