1. What FlagWars is

FlagWars is an entertainment leaderboard. You may make a contribution associated with a country. Contributions increase that country's totals and may place your display name on public leaderboards.

2. What you are buying

A contribution purchases a digital good: a position on a leaderboard and the display of your chosen name alongside it. You are not buying a chance to win anything.

3. No payouts, no prizes, no wagering

FlagWars never pays money out to any user, country, contributor, or third party. There is no prize, jackpot, cash equivalent, or redeemable value of any kind. No outcome depends on chance. Nothing on this site is a bet, wager, raffle, sweepstake, lottery, or contest of chance or skill.

4. Contributions are non-refundable

Contributions are final and non-refundable. Leaderboard placement is delivered immediately on payment and cannot be returned. See the Refund Policy for the limited discretionary exceptions we do make.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not contribute from, or on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. We block such requests but you remain responsible for compliance with your local law.

6. Names, messages, and conduct

Display names and messages are public. Do not submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, impersonating, or infringing. We may remove or alter any name or message, and may suspend an account, at our discretion. Removal of a name does not entitle you to a refund, and a removed contribution still counts toward its country's totals.

7. Seasons

Leaderboards reset weekly, at 00:00 UTC each Sunday. Final standings for a completed season are frozen at close. We may adjust season timing or scoring, including the minimum-participation threshold on normalized boards.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including leaderboards and seasons, at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you contributed in the preceding thirty days.
